Legal Aid WA - Legal Advice fees

In some circumstances the Legal Aid WA Information Line may be able to make an appointment for advice to be provided to you via the telephone. The Information Line can also arrange in-person appointments at Legal Aid WA offices. Legal Advice appointments are means tested and are provided by a lawyer, or a paralegal under supervision. A small fee can apply or it may be waived in cases of financial hardship.
